Welcome to Finding Your Feet, an exciting and transformative coaching opportunity designed for anyone looking to conquer their first trail ultra marathon in 2025, and continue to then explore the world of trail running, path by path.

Whether you're new to running or an experienced athlete aiming for a new milestone, the Finding your Feet programme will guide you every step of the way.

In 2025 we will be taking on the incredible 3 Dias Trail Ibiza!

An 8 month 1:1 coaching programme with peer supported mentoring to guide you to the start line your of your first trail ultra marathon; 73km at the 3 Dias Trail Ibiza.

Who is it for?

1. Feels like time is slipping away and wonders if it's too late to take on a challenge of this magnitude, especially when you rarely see everyday people out on the trails.

2. Has been contemplating entering your first trail ultra-marathon for years but hesitated, fearing the need for a massive increase in training.

3. Continues to have doubts about what's possible, questioning if you're crazy for even considering it, especially when you haven't completed a standard marathon yet.

  • No, you don’t need to have completed a marathon. Finding your Feet is designed for both individuals who may not have extensive running experience as well as those who do, but are looking for a new challenge and are committed to working towards their first trail ultra marathon with a like-minded community.

    • Tailored Training Plans: Delivered through Final Surge, structured into progressive blocks.

    • Monthly Meet-Ups: Optional "run, catch-up, and coffee" sessions to connect with other athletes.

    • Group Zoom Calls: Monthly discussions for expert advice and team support.

    • Exclusive Community: Join our private WhatsApp group of Finding your Feet athletes working towards your shared goal.

    • Strength and Conditioning: A Programme tailored to ultra runners to keep you strong and injury free.

  • This is an 8 month training programme. The investment is £1500 for 8 months. I bill via PayPal subscription, so you will be charged £187.50 each month and won’t be required to pay on full should you not wish to.

  • You’ll have 24/7 access to Coach Mary for guidance, advice, and support throughout your training journey. The program is designed to provide both individual attention and a community atmosphere.

  • The 3 Dias Ultra Trail Ibiza is the highlight of the programme. It’s a three-day running event featuring:

    • Day 1: A 10km night run with lights and party vibes.

    • Day 2: A 73.5km ultra marathon with 2940m of elevation gain/loss.

    • Day 3: A fun 10km festival-style run to celebrate your achievements.

  • Finding your Feet goes beyond standard coaching by blending personalised training, community support, and immersive experiences like training camps, educational seminars and technical workshops. It’s perfect for athletes who want to challenge themselves and create lifelong memories on the trails with an awesome bunch of people.
